This practice was created with a simple intention: to provide a safe, supportive space where people can explore their thoughts, overcome challenges and create meaningful change in their lives. With a background in psychology and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy and mindset coaching, my approach is centred on understanding how our thoughts, emotions and behaviours are connected.

I have always been passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I understand  that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. That's why I aim to offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood and supported at your own pace. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence or feeling stuck, we work together to build resilience, improve mindset and create lasting, positive change.

Flourish provides a supportive and personalised approach to emotional wellbeing, mindset and growth. Using an integrative approach that combines CBT, hypnotherapy and coaching techniques, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals.

The aim is to create a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach combines CBT, hypnotherapy and mindset coaching techniques, tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are designed to help you develop healthier patterns, build resilience, improve confidence and gain greater clarity and balance. 

The first session is an opportunity to discuss your current challenges, goals and what you would like support with, allowing sessions to be personalised in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
